A heavy parcel
A Ready Box with water weighs about 25 kg. The courier carries it to your door, not into your home. If lifting is hard, choose the no-water box (about 10 kg) or ask a neighbour to help.
We text and email tracking, so you know which day it's coming.
Sending to someone else
Choose "Send it to someone else" when you pay. We'll deliver to their address with a note from you, and send tracking to both of you.
